Assign
Rooms and Full Reservation
Previously, the assign
room’s screen
allowed changes, which on occasion
resulted in conflicting reservations.
In Version 5.6, any reservation
that includes multiple rooms
and/or rates in the assign room’s
screen will always display as
a Full Reservation.
The Full Reservation
screen has been optimized to
validate all room and rate edits.
Rate
Info. Full Reservation
screen has also been updated
to retain any changes from the
Rate Info screen
in the assign room’s screen
as well. Data is now coordinated,
so that any changes in one screen
will reflect in the other.
Split
Reservations Def.
- Assigning more
than one room for a particular
reservation and date range.
For example, the guest may
arrive on Feb. 7th and stay
in the Deluxe Room, then move
to the Luxury Suite on Feb.
9th, and checking out from
that suite on Feb. 11th.
- The assign room's screen
will also allow assignment
of multiple rates during the
same reservation.
- Any change in the range
of dates for a split reservation,
will require the user to modify
the assign rooms screen as
well.
In Version 5.6, the assign room’s
screen can be accessed as follows:
- If you set the Full
Reservation screen
to be your default, you will
always have access to the
assign rooms. Go to Features>Options
Settings and select
Full Reservation and Save.
- If you prefer to set Quick
Reservation as your
default, you can also utilize
the assign room's screen by
going to Reservation
menu toolbar, and selecting
Full Reservation.
Reports Updated!
- Cancellation Report
includes: cancellation date,
guest contact information,
fees paid and any fees still
due.
- Sales by Guest
Report provides a summary
history of stays per guest.
Each report contains total
number of nights stayed, number
of reservations booked and
first and most recent stays.
- Guest Address
report can be exported to
excel for easy use with other
mailing or email programs.

Menu – New Guest Entry
Right click on any calendar
and click New Guest if you
want to record an inquiry’s
contact information without
leaving the calendar screen.

Right click on any calendar
and Select Month to jump
quickly to check availability.
No need to scroll through
the calendar!

Swipe
Card from Quick Reservation
For quicker check-in or
reservation entry, the user
clicks on the swipe button
to capture card information
directly from the Quick
Reservation screen.

Night Audit Occupancy Report
Night Audit displays all
transactions (charges and
payments) that occurred
for a single day. The report
displays the guest name,
room name, actual rate/Night,
actual tax/ Night, and charges,
refund and discount amount
and the remaining balance
for each reservation.
